How do I customise my athlete avatar?
In your Locker, tap Create your athlete to build a layered avatar — skin, hair, kit, shoes and accessories. Some items are locked until you earn the matching achievement, so the more you do on ATHLO+ the more gear you unlock.
How do I find a club or crew near me?
Go to Community → Clubs and open Club Listings, then filter by sport, area and level. Not sure where to start? Try the tribe picker, Choose Your Tribe, in the same menu — it will route you to the right listings.
Where are venues, experts and recovery spots?
ATHLO+ has a directory for each: Venues under Play → Experiences; Ask an Expert, the Sports Science Hub and Recovery 101 under Access → Experts; and Bike Servicing under Shop → Services. Each is filterable and searchable.
How do I create an account or become a member?
Tap Sign in / Join anywhere on the site. Accounts are passwordless — you get a one-time code by email, no password to remember. One account makes you a member across the shop, community and play, all in the same Locker.
What is the Locker?
The Locker is your personal home base — open My Locker from the top bar. It holds your saved clubs and gear, your athlete archetype, membership tiers, achievements and your athlete profile. Sign in or create a free account to unlock it.
Where do I manage my orders and account details?
Open Manage account from your Locker (or go to /account). There you can see your orders, update your addresses and sign out. Order or delivery problems can also go through the Support page.
How is ATHLO+ organised?
ATHLO+ has five zones in the top menu: Shop / The Shop (gear, apparel, nutrition and services — plus Partners, the brands and studios behind them), Community / The Pulse (clubs, events and directories), Play / The Playground (games, challenges, races and venues), Access / The Lab (shoe lab, sport science, expert Q&A and reviews) and Connect (support, partnerships and getting in touch). Your Locker ties it all together.
How do I take the athlete quiz?
Head to Play → Compete → Trivia & Games. It takes about 60 seconds, gives you an athlete archetype and rarity, saves the result to your Locker, and gives you a card you can share.
Where do I find races and events?
Races & Events sits under Play → Compete, covering Singapore and the wider region — filter by country and sport. Individual club sessions appear inside each club's listing in Club Listings, and one-off ATHLO+ happenings are under Community → Happenings → Events & Workshops.
How do I save clubs, venues or races?
Tap the heart on any club, venue, race or expert card. Everything you save collects in your Locker under Saved. Sign in and your saves sync across your devices.
How do I compare shoes?
Open Access → Reviews and go to the Shoe Lab. Search for shoes and compare 2 to 4 side by side — weight, stack, drop, foam and price — with the lightest and best-value picks highlighted automatically.
How do I suggest a club, title or feature?
In your Locker, tap Suggest / feedback — it opens an email straight to the team. If a club is missing from the finder, use the suggest link there too. Every suggestion reaches a real person, not a black hole.
