    Check in

    Drop your bag at Harry's and check in with Jeremy. Come dressed to run.

    Warm-up with Dino

    Fifteen minutes to loosen up before you head out.

    The run

    A social run around Marina Bay, led by Dino, as the sun drops. Nobody is racing, and we finish with a group photo.

    The Therabody recovery corner, a photo spot with the SportPlus convex mirror, and a free cocktail for ATHLO+ members.
