In their words: a space dedicated to guiding people through a transformative journey that balances the physical and mental sides of health, integrating personalised training with evidence-based rehabilitation. Founder and head coach JJ is a physiotherapist — Trinity College Dublin, then sports physiotherapy at Sengkang General Hospital — a former National Youth Wushu athlete, and a top-6 Singaporean finisher at HYROX in 2024.
