Return & Exchange Policy
As ANS products are consumable food products, any request for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal taste preference or opened products will be rejected.
However, you can reach out for the following:
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Do include your order number, a description of the issue and attach clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping labels. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be offered a replacement or a refund where applicable. Please note that the damaged or defective products are not to be disposed until review is completed should there be a need for additional information
