Therabody are the company behind Theragun, and percussive therapy went from a physio's back room to a normal part of a training week largely because of them.

ATHLO+ carries seven products across the two things they are known for: Theragun percussive devices, from the travel-sized mini to the PRO Plus, and JetBoots — wireless compression boots for legs that have had enough.

What does ATHLO+ carry from Therabody?

Seven products: Theragun mini (3rd generation), mini Plus, Prime (6th generation), Prime Plus and PRO Plus, plus JetBoots Prime and JetBoots PRO Plus compression.

Percussive or compression — which do I want?

They do different jobs. A Theragun is targeted and portable, for a specific muscle before or after a session. JetBoots treat the whole leg at once and are better suited to sitting down after a long run.

what is the warranty for therabody products?

The warranty term is a 1-year local warranty from the purchase date. Customers MUST keep the invoice or a copy to claim warranty services. Please retain your invoice for at least 1 year.

This warranty covers only the product body and excludes consumable parts (ear plugs, ear hooks, instructions, etc.).

This warranty only applies to products purchased from our authorized resellers in Singapore.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Wear and tear, broken wires, bent plugs, disassembly, and modifications.
  2. Damage due to external factors such as natural disasters, lightning strikes, or water exposure.
  3. No faults or defects detected, with issues caused by external equipment.
  4. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, parallel imports, or overseas.

what is the return policy for therabody products?

To initiate a return, please email support@leaderradio.com.sg within 7 days of delivery. Please include your original order number and proof of purchase in your request.

Please note the following conditions for all returns:

  • Authorisation Required: Do not ship your item(s) back until you have received explicit written confirmation and instructions from Leader Radio Technologies customer support team.
  • Item Condition: Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all intact tags, labels, and seals.
    Exception: Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) upon receipt
  • Bundled Items: Any promotional items, free gifts, or accessories included with the original purchase must be returned in their original condition
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping fees to the Leader Radio Technologies office are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping Liability: ATHLO+ and Leader Radio Technologies are not liable for any items damaged or lost in transit during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
