FORGED by ReFormd is a performance testing and sports science lab in CityLink Mall, built around the question most training plans skip: what is your body actually doing under load?

They measure it — VO₂max, lactate threshold, resting metabolic rate, functional threshold power, running gait in 3D — and hand back training zones based on your numbers rather than a formula. Part of the ReFormd Group, who also run the Shelter recovery club at the same address.

Strength profiling
Functional and run-specific strength and power profiling, plus a VisBody 3D scan.
3D gait analysis
Running gait captured in three dimensions, with a shoe recommendation that follows the data.
