A structured 12-week HYROX block built around one of the three physical components HYROX demands. Choose the focus you most need – Station Conditioning, Strength, or Running.

How the 12 weeks run

  • After you buy, STR Fitness Club get in touch within 3 working days and send you your plan as a PDF.
  • Train wherever you like – the plan is yours to run, and location is flexible.
  • At the end of the 12 weeks STR check in with you, re-establish your goals and baseline, and you choose whether to run another cycle.

Good to know

  • Online plans are not refundable once purchased. The one exception: if STR don't get in touch within 3 business days of your purchase, you are refunded in full.
  • Refund requests go to STR Fitness Club (strengththroughrange@gmail.com) and are subject to their approval within 5–10 business days. Once STR approve a refund, ATHLO+ processes it.
