Nine: Forerunner 165 (non-music), 265, 570, 965 and 970; fēnix E; Instinct E; Venu 3s; and Vívoactive 5.

Which one should I start with?

The Forerunner line is ordered by capability — 165 is the entry running watch, 965 and 970 the flagships. Instinct and fēnix trade some of that for ruggedness and battery, and Venu and Vívoactive for everyday wear.
