Warranty 

Smartwatches are covered under a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Meanwhile accessories are covered under individual model-specific warranty terms which may vary by product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

A valid proof-of-purchase, so make sure to retain your receipt. Please keep a photo, or the packaging itself, with the orange warranty sticker for products which have it pasted. (Tip: A clear picture/scan is accepted, should a physical copy be unavailable.).

Return & Exchange Policy

For any return & exchange, customers are to reach out to shopadmin@convergent.com.sg

• Delivery. Upon order confirmation, delivery will take 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions or force majeure events.
• Order & Delivery Issues. Any order or delivery-related issues (including missing, damaged, or incorrect items) must be emailed within 3 days from the delivery date. The customers are to contact shopadmin@convergent.com.sg with the order number and supporting documentation. Any requests raised after this period may not be accepted 
• Return & Exchanges. Only applicable to defective items (within 7 days from the delivery date) or incorrect items supplied. Convergent reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. 
• Policy Updates. Convergent reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice and the latest version will apply to all orders.
